After your order is placed, we mail you a mould-making kit to capture your pet’s nose print.
Once you create the mould and ship it back to us, your custom necklace is carefully handcrafted at our Vancouver studio and then shipped to you.
Production time: Approximately 2–3 weeks from the date we receive the completed mould.

Please note: We cover the shipping cost for sending the mould-making kit to you and for delivering the finished necklace once it is complete. The buyer is responsible for shipping the completed mould back to us.
