2. How do I send ashes, fur, or other materials?

Once you place an order, we’ll send you a secure collection kit with clear instructions and a small container/envelope. You only need to send a very small amount (usually ½ teaspoon of ashes or a lock of fur/hair). Any unused materials will always be returned with your finished jewelry. We treat your inclusions with great care and deep respect, handling them as if they were our own family’s keepsakes.

3. Is it safe to send such personal items?

Yes. We provide trackable shipping labels (within Canada) so your package can be monitored. We treat every order with the utmost care and respect.

4. How long does it take to make my jewelry?

Our standard production time is 2–3 weeks after we receive your materials. For custom or complex designs, it may take a little longer. If you need your piece by a certain date (such as a memorial service), let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

5. What materials do you use?

We use high-quality sterling silver, or 10k, 14k gold. All resin used for inlays is jewelry-grade and UV-resistant, so it will stay clear and durable over time.

6. Can I customize my design?

Yes! You can choose shapes, finishes, and sometimes even add engraving. If you have a special request, we’re happy to discuss it before you order.

7. Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is handcrafted and unique. Natural variations in ashes, fur, or other inclusions make every piece one-of-a-kind. We’ll stay true to your chosen design but no two items will ever be identical.

8. How do I care for my memorial jewelry?

• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., cleaning products, perfumes).

• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.

9. Do you ship outside Canada?

Currently, we serve Canada and US. International shipping may be possible upon request—please contact us before ordering.

10. What if I change my mind?

Because each piece is custom-made with personal materials, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production begins. However, if there is ever an issue with craftsmanship, we’ll make it right.

11. Do you return unused ashes/fur?

Yes, absolutely. Any unused materials will be carefully packaged and returned with your finished jewelry.
