1. What is memorial jewelry?

Memorial jewelry is a way to keep your loved one or pet close. We carefully inlay ashes, fur, hair, or other meaningful materials into a piece of jewelry that you can wear every day. Each piece is handcrafted and unique.

2. How do I send ashes, fur, or other materials?

Once you place an order, we’ll send you a shipping instruction. You only need to send a very small amount (usually ½ teaspoon of ashes or a loonie-sized lock of fur/hair). Any unused materials will always be returned with your finished jewelry. We treat your inclusions with great care and deep respect, handling them as if they were our own family’s keepsakes.

3. How long does it take to make my jewelry?

Our standard production time is 2–3 weeks after we receive your materials. For custom or complex designs, it may take a little longer. If you need your piece by a certain date (such as a memorial service), let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

4. What materials do you use?

We use high-quality sterling silver, or 10k, 14k gold. All resin used for inlays is jewelry-grade and UV-resistant, so it will stay clear and durable over time.

5. Can I customize my design?

You can specify patterns, fur alignment directions, and finishes, and in some cases add engraving. However, we are not accepting fully custom designs at the moment.

6. Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is handcrafted and unique. Natural variations in ashes, fur, or other inclusions make every piece one-of-a-kind. We’ll stay true to your chosen design but no two items will ever be identical.

7. How do I care for my memorial jewelry?

Our memorial jewelry is made for everyday wear and is waterproof, so getting your piece wet during normal daily activities is perfectly fine.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals such as chlorine, bleach, strong cleaning products, perfumes, and hand sanitizer. These can affect the metal’s finish over time.

To clean your piece, simply use mild soap and warm water, then gently dry it with a soft cloth. A jewelry polishing cloth can also be used to restore the shine of the metal.

8. Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes. International shipping may be possible upon request—please contact us before ordering.

9. What if I change my mind?

Because each piece is custom-made with personal materials, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production begins. However, if there is ever an issue with craftsmanship, we’ll make it right.

10. Do you return unused ashes/fur?

Yes, absolutely. Any unused materials will be carefully packaged and returned with your finished jewelry.
