How It Works

After your order is placed, we mail you a free mould-making kit to capture your pet’s nose print.

Once you create the mould and ship it back to us, your custom necklace is carefully handcrafted at our Vancouver studio and shipped to you.

Production time: Approximately 2–3 weeks from the date we receive your mould.

Shipping

We cover the shipping cost for sending the mould-making kit to you. The buyer is responsible for shipping the completed mould back to us.

U.S. mail-back address is available. Please note that using the U.S. return address may add up to 10 days to the processing timeline.
